Cleaning Technician

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Upscale Patio Cleaning Services LLC is growing rapidly and currently looking for a Cleaning Technician!

Our clients vary from patio and porch cleanings to large and small offices and large and small apartments and houses. The ideal candidate will be able to carry out the following:

• Clean designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
• Carry out cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs repair
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Experience as a cleaner
• Highschool degree preferred but not required
• Window Cleaning experience preferred but not required

• Knowledge of our cleaning products/services
• Find prospective clients
• Great communication skills
• Good time management
• Maintain positive business relationship
• Highschool degree preferred but not required
